Return Policy

At Stellar Arise, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to return it, but you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for us to accept your return or refund request.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange/Refund

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Products damaged during transit.
  2. Wrong crystals shipped by us.
  3. Wrong crystals ordered by you.

To process any of the above, we require an unboxing video and photos of the product.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After this time, we will be unable to process any claims.

For products damaged in transit, we take full responsibility and will either exchange the product or process a 100% refund—no questions asked.

Non-Damaged Returns

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or wrong items, you will be responsible for arranging the shipment back to our warehouse. In these cases, we will only refund the product price. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed as they have already been paid to the courier partner.

Natural Characteristics of Crystals

Please note that our products are made from natural crystals and stones, which often contain unique cracks, textures, internal dirt spots, and minor imperfections. These are not manufacturing defects but are characteristics of natural stones. We do not dye or alter our crystals to hide these features, and each product is inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at stellararise.india@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for any loss/damage in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a return for reasons unrelated to damage, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items.

Shipping & COD Charges

Refunds apply only to the product price and do not include shipping or COD charges, if applicable.

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and then making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
